Emergency Evacuation & Firefighting VR Training for RANE

Quantile Tech partnered with RANE, a large and respected engineering group, to develop immersive Virtual Reality training modules focused on Emergency Evacuation and Firefighting Procedures. The objective was to replace conventional classroom-based safety training with a highly realistic, experiential learning environment that improves preparedness, retention, and response accuracy. By practising these actions in VR, employees developed muscle memory and situational awareness that is difficult to achieve through theoretical instructions.

Emergency Evacuation & Firefighting

The solution was delivered as two dedicated VR training modules, deployed using Meta Quest 3S headsets, ensuring high immersion, freedom of movement, and ease of deployment within industrial training facilities. These modules were designed to simulate real-world emergency scenarios that employees may encounter in manufacturing plants, offices, or industrial environments.

The Emergency Evacuation module places trainees inside a realistic virtual facility where they must respond to evolving emergency conditions such as alarms, smoke, blocked exits, and crowd movement. Trainees learn to identify evacuation routes, follow safety signage, assist colleagues, and make time-critical decisions under pressure.

The Firefighting Training module focuses on fire safety awareness and hands-on response techniques. Employees are trained to identify different types of fires, select the appropriate fire extinguisher, and follow correct firefighting procedures in a controlled virtual environment. The simulation recreates realistic fire behavior, sound effects, and visual cues, allowing trainees to practice without exposure to real danger.

By leveraging VR technology, Quantile Tech helped RANE standardize safety training across teams while reducing dependency on physical drills, equipment wear-and-tear, and logistical constraints. HONDA Augmented Reality Automotive Experience Campaign

The Honda Augmented Reality Automotive Experience Campaign is a dynamic AR solution developed to increase showroom engagement and enhance customer interaction with automotive products. Designed for Android phones and tablets, this augmented reality application transforms traditional vehicle promotion into an interactive and immersive experience. This project was designed to drive footfall and increase the visits to physical showrooms by offering a digital preview that sparks curiosity.

Honda Augmented Reality

The solution enables users to view a detailed 3D model of a Honda car placed over a physical target image using augmented reality. Once activated, users can interact directly with the vehicle in real time. The experience allows doors to be opened with simple touch interactions, giving users a clear view of the interior layout and design. Color customization is enabled by touching specific areas such as the bonnet, allowing users to visualize multiple variants instantly. Additional interactions include initiating a vehicle spin by touching the wheels and triggering embedded videos through intuitive swipe gestures The AR campaign effectively blends visual storytelling with hands-on exploration, making the vehicle features more memorable.

The VR modules simulated real-world hospital settings with precision, allowing trainees to practice correct behaviors, identify mistakes instantly, and repeat procedures until mastery was achieved. Unlike traditional classroom training or static video content, this immersive approach ensured higher retention, faster comprehension, and improved procedural accuracy.

The Tata Manza Immersive 3D Automotive Product Showcase is a comprehensive digital visualization solution developed to present a luxury automobile in an engaging, interactive, and highly informative format. Built as a PC-based 3D application, this project highlights Quantile Tech’s capability in creating detailed automotive product experiences that go beyond static brochures or traditional media. The structured presentation of technical specifications and design highlights enhances product comprehension while maintaining user engagement.

The application features fully rotatable 3D models of the Tata Manza, allowing users to explore both the exterior and interior of the vehicle from every angle.
